Another busy day in paradise. Bretan set off early to collect Diane from the Ballina airport – she is flying in from Melbourne today.
Geoff and I drove to Knockrow Ridge at Newrybar to visit Alice Clarke. Alice and husband Steve live on 150 acres there overlooking the coastline – fabulous setting. The best bit is that Alice has gone into the coffee roasting business. We checked out the coffee roaster and sampled the coffee. We bought some beans to take home although Alice did supply us with a bag of her special Expresso mix that we will be sampling over the next few days.
