Friday 3rd October
Today was a wandering day up the coast from Santa Barbara. We encountered fabulous coast line, beaches, sun, sand and endless views. We had good intentions of staying in Morro Bay for a couple of nights, however the local Beach Festival made sure that we did not (unable to find any accommodation), so we moved onto Cambria and finally find a lovely little place just north of the main street on Moonstone Drive, which was very quiet, overlooking their swimming pool.
For dinner this evening we walked along the edge of the cliff on the boardwalk until we found a great restaurant that only served seafood. Geoff dined on Cioppino (fish stew) and I had some scollops. What a great way to end the day.
